SureSave is a Travel Insurance Brand sold through travel agents. The business had lost market share, in the digital age. Enter End of Work. Through rigorous market research, stakeholder mapping and strategic workshops we discovered the world is full of wonderful places to visit and experience. It’s also full of travel insurance companies offering travel insurance. So we repositioned SureSave to offer something travellers need more than ever: World Assistance.

We created a new mindset of assistance, education and prevention rather than reaction. We developed a unique brand proposition of “Help, designed for travellers”. We then created a brand tool kit consisting of logo, visual identity, tone of voice and complete set of digital tools to make the brand ready for the modern world.
