Coinciding with the launch of IAG's (Insurance Australia Group) new employee value proposition End of Work produced a series values and behaviours kits which distributed to senior managers. These kits were designed to give senior managers a 'heads up' to the new way of working enabling them to fully support their respective teams and ensuring a successful delivery of the programme.
