IAG (Insurance Australia Group) is one of Australia’s largest corporate entities with a portfolio of leading insurance brands across Australia and New Zealand as well as a growing presence in Asia. The group underwrites around $9 billion of insurance premiums each year and employs over 13,000 people. End of Work were tasked with launching IAG’s new employee value proposition across all of its Asia-Pacific sites. 

Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore and Bangkok

The project was a mammoth effort involving an extensive photographic shoot, covering both film and stills, and stretching from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to Auckland, Singapore and Bangkok. We designed, produced and distributed 16,000 kits including a 24 page booklet outlining the company's new offer, new lanyards and an eight minute 
brand film on DVD as well as a host of launch material. At End of Work help our clients to deliver their business and people strategies by understanding, attracting, recruiting, engaging top talent.
